This illustration originally started out as to show

the incorrect alignment of the E and of the

sunship(as to)the upper end of the W solstice band,

and the correct alignment(as to)the center of the

Sun(and the 8° variance between the two), and in fact

does just that. After doing this, I found that the maker(s)

of the disc must have known how to work with pi, and

the relationships between(one)unit of circumference

to the next, per the scale at which all illustrations

within this website were done.
