If one studies this work closely and diligently with an open mind, they will come to understand a great discovery has been made here as to the "Nebra Sky Disc"--, that every inlay representing a star on the disc represents a particular star within a particular constellation, of which (3) three appear on the disc: Cassiopeia(constellation), Orions Belt(asterism), and the Pleiades star stytem(asterism)--; itself depicted with twenty-four of the thirty-two inlays representing stars. (*Note that the Sun is not included among those thirty-two inlays). That the Pleiades star system does appear on the disc, did the system change as it has in only four millennia, or is the disc possibly older? This is for you --the astronomers, scientists, and mathematicians of the world to study and come to a general consensus as to not only that, but also to one which opposes all previous theories of those who believe there are no depictions of constellations on the disc. When one studies this work as related to the disc, they will realize it doesn't take a whole lot of imagination--, or perhaps even a great deal of it--; that in either case those theories just aren't true. I invite you to study and enjoy this work--, the truth to the disc, that the inlays representing stars upon it are not mere decorations--, hence the title of this work. "GO" |
